All donations to Peace of Heart for All Nations are generally considered final. Donations are used immediately to support our programs and operations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is appropriate.
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
You may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect for the next scheduled donation. Please note that already processed donations are subject to our standard refund policy.
If you have received a tax receipt for a donation that is later refunded, it is your responsibility to inform your tax advisor and adjust your tax filings accordingly. We will not issue amended receipts for refunded donations.
If you designated your donation for a specific program or purpose, and that program is discontinued or fully funded, we reserve the right to redirect your donation to a similar program or our general fund. If you prefer a refund in this situation, please contact us.
Donations of goods, services, or property are generally not refundable. If you have concerns about a non-cash donation, please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
