General Policy

All donations to Peace of Heart for All Nations are generally considered final. Donations are used immediately to support our programs and operations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is appropriate.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Transactions: If you were charged multiple times for the same donation
• Technical Errors: If a technical error resulted in an incorrect donation amount
• Unauthorized Charges: If a donation was made without your authorization
• Exceptional Circumstances: At our discretion, for other compelling reasons

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the donation date with:

• Your full name
• Date and amount of donation
• Email address or phone number associated with the donation
• Reason for the refund request
• Transaction confirmation or receipt number (if available)

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Recurring Donations

You may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect for the next scheduled donation. Please note that already processed donations are subject to our standard refund policy.

Tax Implications

If you have received a tax receipt for a donation that is later refunded, it is your responsibility to inform your tax advisor and adjust your tax filings accordingly. We will not issue amended receipts for refunded donations.

Designated Donations

If you designated your donation for a specific program or purpose, and that program is discontinued or fully funded, we reserve the right to redirect your donation to a similar program or our general fund. If you prefer a refund in this situation, please contact us.

Non-Cash Donations

Donations of goods, services, or property are generally not refundable. If you have concerns about a non-cash donation, please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
